About: Athletes love to show their spirit and progress, starting at a very young age. ActivStars Youth Cheerleading is designed to help them learn everything they’d want to know about cheerleading and pom dance in a single program. We use a modern curriculum that emphasizes team building & sportsmanship. We fuse fun and teamwork with dance choreography, arm motions, jumps, kicks, and stunting fundamentals geared towards each specific team level within our program;  beginner to advanced.

With five levels of cheerleading based on age and ability, we offer the most rewarding way to be part of a squad. Come be a star!

About: At ActivStars Athletics, we recognized that our students needed a specific program to help them understand the way the world has changed, and it's a big help for their parents too. So, we took existing safety practices and developed our own unique program called the SAFE (Safety Awareness for Everyone) Shield.

SafeShield builds on practices from the A-Z Abduction Prevention Program to teach kids the best methods and skills to protect them from unforeseen dangers. Our techniques include identifying safe or dangerous areas, potentially threatening behaviors, and ways a child can say "no" or ask for assistance.

About: Does your child have a great sense of humor to complement his or her artistic skills? If so, your child will LOVE a Young Rembrandts Cartoon class. Our students will learn how to personify inanimate objects, as they breathe life into everyday clocks. Popular pets will also see the cartoon treatment as they’re transformed into colorful characters. Then we will imagine ourselves traveling to far away worlds as we illustrate amazing alien beings. About: Dancing Sun Yoga helps students manage their stress and improve their focus while having fun and moving their bodies. With the recent increase in childhood anxiety and stress, research is showing that combining a consistent yoga practice with mindfulness and breathing techniques can increase the overall wellness of our students. Incorporating the body, mind, and breath, students will improve their balance, flexibility, and overall well being.
