About: It Is Not Just Baton Twirling! The ATA program utilizes performance, competition and team experiences to develop life long skills including self-esteem, character, poise, positivity, and team work. Many twirlers begin their journey within the elementary school years. Young twirlers develop basic skills and build experiences within public performances and competition. The seasoned twirlers go on to amaze audiences with fire baton performances at high school games and events. Many twirlers move along with COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS, twirling at university football and basketball games.

About: Children are natural yogis because of their live in the moment attitude and ability to embrace the present. Dancing Sun Yoga helps students improve their focus, concentration, and stress management while having fun and increasing their physical fitness. Incorporating the body, mind, and breath, students will improve their balance, flexibility, and overall well being. With the recent increase in childhood anxiety and stress, research is showing that combining a consistent yoga practice with mindfulness and breathing techniques can increase the overall wellness of our students. We are implementing new social-emotional tools into our teachings, and will continue offering playful games and engaging stories to get kids moving and having fun!
