Introduction
Dear Rose Lane Families,
Welcome to Madison Rose Lane Elementary School—home of the Rockets! As the Visual & Performing Arts school for primary-age students in the Madison School District, we’re excited to begin a new year filled with creativity, growth, and academic achievement in 2025–2026.
District and School Mission:
The Madison School District Vision & Mission Statement is available on the district website:
https://www.madisonaz.org/domain/40
Madison Rose Lane Mission Statement: Students, Staff, Community – Learning for All!
Whether you are a returning family or new to Rose Lane, thank you for choosing us as your child’s academic home. We hope you enjoyed a safe and relaxing summer.
As we begin the school year, please make completing your child’s annual paperwork a top priority within the first two weeks. Keeping this information up to date is essential for safety and communication. This year we are implementing a new process: if annual required paperwork is not completed, we will schedule a meeting with you to help resolve any challenges and ensure the paperwork is submitted.
This handbook contains important school-specific information and serves as a supplement to the Madison School District Student & Parent Handbook, available at www.madisonaz.org. We encourage you to review both handbooks with your child.
We value your partnership in creating the best possible educational environment for our students. Together, we share the mission of supporting every child’s academic, social, emotional, and artistic development through engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
We kindly ask that you serve as a positive role model for your child throughout the school year. This includes demonstrating respectful behavior in your interactions with our teachers and staff, and adhering to all safety expectations and procedures.
Please be aware that concerning behavior from parents may affect participation in school events. We greatly appreciate your partnership in upholding the same high standards of behavior that we encourage among our students and staff.
One of the most important ways you can support your child’s success is by ensuring consistent, full-day attendance. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions as we work together to help our Rockets blast off and soar throughout the 2025–2026 school year!
Warm regards,
Andre’ Reyes
Principal, Madison Rose Lane Elementary School

School Safety
Student and staff safety is a top priority at Madison Rose Lane. To stay prepared, we conduct regular emergency drills based on guidelines from the Department of Homeland Security and the Arizona Department of Education.
Emergency Drills Include:
- Fire Drills: Conducted monthly at all Madison schools.
- Bus Evacuation Drills: Practiced once each semester by all students.
- Lockout/Lockdown Drills: Conducted at least three times per year. Families will be notified in advance that a drill is taking place; however, specific dates and times will not be disclosed.
Lockout Drills: During a lockout, all students and staff are brought indoors, perimeter doors are secured, and normal classroom activities continue. The front office will not answer calls to ensure accurate accounting of everyone on campus.
Lockdown Drills: During a lockdown drill, all interior doors are secured, and no one may enter or exit until the drill is complete and everyone is accounted for, ensuring campus safety. During a lockdown drill, students and staff will be behind locked doors, out of sight, with lights off. “Locks, Lights, Out of Sight.” Front office will not answer calls at this time for safety purposes.
Communication During Emergencies:
In a real emergency, updates will be sent via our all-call phone and email system. For everyone's safety, please do not come to campus or gather outside. Staff will not answer phones to keep lines open for emergency communication.
Campus Conduct
Madison Rose Lane is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students, staff, and families. For the safety of all, weapons of any kind—including (but not limited to) toy weapons, pocket knives, nunchucks, and laser pointers—are strictly prohibited on campus. Any item that poses a safety risk will be confiscated, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
In alignment with Madison Elementary School District policy, all threats—including those involving violence or self-harm—are taken seriously. The district follows a formal threat and suicide risk assessment protocol to ensure proper evaluation, support, and response in each case.
Parents and guardians are expected to treat staff with respect. Aggressive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and may result in law enforcement involvement and a trespass order, prohibiting campus access.
Repeated behavior by a parent or guardian that compromises campus safety will result in two warnings. A third incident will require a meeting with administration or designee to determine next steps.
Rose Lane campus is a Drug Free Zone, including tobacco products and vapes. Our policy will be strictly enforced on campus and off campus during school organized events.
Behavior Expectations and PBIS
Student behavior reflects the partnership between school staff, parents, and students. Rose Lane follows Positive Behavioral Interventions & Support (PBIS) to promote positive behaviors and life skills. School-wide expectations will be clearly taught and modeled by all adults, who will set good examples. Staff share responsibility for monitoring student behavior and addressing misbehavior by reteaching students and having them reflect and correct their actions. Positive interactions and recognition of appropriate behavior is acknowledged and reinforced throughout our campus. A PBIS committee meets monthly to review current student conduct and discipline data, how we can be more proactive in supporting positive behaviors, and areas for growth.
More information about PBIS can be located on the Madison School District website www.madisonaz.org under the Family Resource Tab, then click Student Services to find the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) link.
One of the key components of PBIS is the use of clear and specific school-wide expectations which promote positive student behavior. As the Rose Lane Rockets, we refer to them as our SOAR expectations:
Student Discipline
Positive behavior and good conduct are essential for a safe, healthy, and effective learning environment. Orderly conduct is necessary in all school settings to ensure student safety and to support academic success. In alignment with PBIS, teachers and staff will use positive behavior supports, like reminding and re-teaching the expected behavior. If the behavior persists, the student will receive a Minor Incident Report (MIR) that will be sent home to parents/guardians. More serious offenses will result in an Office Discipline Referral (ODR), which will also result in parent/guardian contact by administration.
Please refer to the Madison Student and Parent Handbook created by the district for more details about school expectations and disciplinary procedures. A digital copy is available on the Madison School District website www.madisonaz.org under the Family Resources Tab.
The Assistant Principal is primarily responsible for supporting student behavior and addressing actions that do not align with school expectations. Disciplinary responses will be appropriate, consistent, and focused on promoting positive behavior.

Student Bullying / Harassment / Intimidation
Policy JICK-EB – Madison Rose Lane
The Governing Board of the Madison School District believes every student has the right to a positive, safe, caring, and respectful learning environment. A school environment that reflects these values fosters academic success, personal growth, and a strong sense of community, while also encouraging responsible citizenship.
To support this vision, Madison Rose Lane strictly prohibits all forms of bullying, harassment, and intimidation.
Please Review the District Policy on bullying: www.madisonaz.org
Definitions
Bullying
According to the CDC, bullying is any unwanted, aggressive behavior(s) by another youth or group of youths—excluding siblings or current dating partners—that involves an observed or perceived power imbalance. These behaviors are repeated or highly likely to be repeated and cause physical, psychological, social, or educational harm.
-
Verbal Bullying: Saying or writing hurtful things such as name-calling, threats, taunting, teasing, or making inappropriate sexual comments.
-
Social Bullying: Damaging someone’s reputation or relationships through actions such as deliberate exclusion, spreading rumors, public embarrassment, or interfering in friendships.
-
Physical Bullying: Harming a person’s body or belongings, including hitting, kicking, spitting, pushing, or destroying property.
-
Cyberbullying: Bullying that occurs through digital devices and platforms such as phones, computers, apps, social media, or games. This includes sending or sharing harmful or false content and violating someone’s privacy online.
Harassment
Defined under A.R.S. § 13-2921, harassment is conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable individual to feel seriously alarmed, annoyed, humiliated, or mentally distressed. Harassment can relate to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, culture, economic status, size, or appearance, and can occur directly or through social media.
Intimidation
Intimidation occurs when someone, through words or actions:
- Intends to cause physical harm or serious property damage;
- Causes public disruption, such as evacuating a building or transportation facility;
- Encourages or coerces participation in criminal activity, such as gang involvement.
Student Responsibilities and Reporting
Consequences and Legal Reporting
Attendance
Attendance Policy & Enforcement
Attendance Expectations:
Arizona State Law requires parents or guardians to ensure that children between the ages of six and sixteen attend school regularly. Daily attendance, punctual arrival, and remaining for the full school day are critical to academic success. Absences, tardiness, and early checkouts disrupt learning. Students are expected to attend at least 90% of the school year and arrive on time each day.
Parents are strongly encouraged to schedule medical and other appointments outside of school hours. Medical documentation may be required for students with 18 or more absences or 5 or more early pickups.
Court Unified Truancy Suppression Program (C.U.T.S.)
Arizona Revised Statutes (§15-802.E, §15-803) mandate school attendance unless a child is ill or has another valid excuse. Madison School District participates in the Court Unified Truancy Suppression (C.U.T.S.) program in partnership with Maricopa County Juvenile Court to reduce truancy.
- A student is considered truant with even one unexcused absence (defined as missing at least one class).
- A student is deemed habitually truant with 5 or more unexcused absences.
- A student with more than 18 absences, whether excused or unexcused, is considered to have excessive absences.
Students with 5 unexcused or 19 total absences may be referred to C.U.T.S., requiring a Juvenile Court hearing attended by a parent or guardian. Possible consequences include Saturday classes, community service, counseling, and a $50 diversion fee.
Failure to comply may result in the suspension or denial of the student’s driver’s license and/or further court proceedings. Parents may be charged with a Class 3 misdemeanor for failing to ensure regular attendance.
C.U.T.S. officers may speak at orientations, assemblies, and student meetings to reinforce the importance of attendance. For questions, contact the school directly.
Reporting Absences
Parents must contact the attendance office prior to, or on the day of the absence, ideally within one hour of the school day starting. Use the 24-hour attendance line at 602-664-7421 to report absences. If no contact is made within 24 hours, the absence is unexcused.
When calling, please include student’s name, date(s) of absence, and reason for absence.
Attendance Violation Consequences
- 5 Absences/10 Tardies: Warning Letter Issued
- 10 Absences/20 Tardies: School staff home visits, parent-administrator meeting, 2nd letter issued
- 15 absences/25 Tardies: Meeting with parent, administrator, student, and truancy officer, revocation warning, 2nd staff home visit
- 19+ absences/30 Tardies: Possible C.U.T.S. citation, open enrollment revocation hearing, attendance contract
Note: Excessive absences or tardiness may affect a student's eligibility for field trips, after-school clubs, and special events.
Late Arrivals
Students should arrive at school by the first bell at 7:40 AM. Instruction begins promptly at 7:45 AM. Students arriving at or after this time are considered tardy and must report to the attendance office for a late pass. Parents must either:
- Sign your child in on the tardy sheet at the office, or Call 602-664-7421 to excuse the tardy.
Tardies are recorded on report cards. Excessive tardiness, whether excused or unexcused, will result in administrative contact.
Leaving School Early
Early checkouts are discouraged. Parents should schedule appointments outside school hours whenever possible. Early departures reduce instructional time and disrupt classes. After 5 early checkouts, a parent/guardian will be required to meet with an administrator or designee.
- Students will not be released after 2:00 PM.
- To check a student out early, an authorized adult must come to the attendance office in person with proper ID. Students will only be called from class once the adult arrives. Phone requests are not accepted.
- If someone other than the legal guardian is picking up the student, the office must receive a call or email from the parent notifying the change in pick-up. Only individuals listed in PowerSchool may check-out students.
- A doctor’s note should be submitted the next day when the student leaves for medical appointments. If absences become habitual, medical documentation is required to excuse the absence.
- In order to avoid lengthy wait times, please refrain from picking up students during lunch and recess.
*Parents and legal guardians are responsible for keeping emergency contacts and approved pick-ups up to date in PowerSchool.
Late Pick-Up Procedures
Student safety is our highest priority at Madison Rose Lane. We make every effort to ensure that our students are supervised at all times on campus. The school is not staffed to provide supervision to students after dismissal, and late pick-ups leave students confused and worried. Students must be picked up at dismissal time.
If a child is picked up late more than two times the parent or guardian is required to meet with administration to develop a plan to ensure their child is picked up on time going forward. If late pick-ups continue, a referral to the Department of Child Safety (DCS) or law enforcement may be made as this is considered child neglect. Please pick up your children on time. Parents who pick up their children late will:
- First Offense: Receive a reminder
- Second Offense: 2nd Reminder
- Third Offense: Meeting with administration
- More than 3 Offenses: Report to DCS as well as the Phoenix Police Department
Excessive Absences, Tardies, or Late Pick-Ups
Families whose students accumulate excessive absences, tardies, or late pickups will:
- Be required to meet with the principal.
- Sign an attendance improvement agreement which will be included in the student’s file.
- If there is no improvement, a follow-up letter and additional administrator meeting will be scheduled. Continued failure to comply may result in a truancy report or revocation of open enrollment.
*For full district attendance policies, refer to the Madison District Handbook or call the front office at 602-664-7400.
Minimizing Classroom Disruptions
To support a focused and effective learning environment, it is important to minimize interruptions during the school day. Disruptions—no matter how small—can significantly impact the classroom experience for all students.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Items such as lunches, snacks, homework, backpacks, and projects should be given to your child before the school day begins. These items should not be dropped off at the front office during school hours.
- Balloons, flowers, and surprise visits are not permitted.
- Parents are urged to avoid removing students from class unless absolutely necessary, as frequent disruptions affect both the student’s learning and the classroom. Ongoing issues may require a meeting with school administration.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping to maintain an environment where all students can stay engaged and focused throughout the school day.
Relocation and Open Enrollment Policy
If your family is planning to move, please inform your child’s teacher and the front office at least one week in advance. To ensure a smooth transfer of records to your child’s new school, a withdrawal form must be completed. Please also return all library books and textbooks, and settle any cafeteria balances before withdrawal.
If you move out of the Madison School District and wish for your child to remain at Madison Rose Lane, you must provide the front office with your new address and complete an open enrollment application.
By accepting open enrollment, parents/guardians agree that both the student and family will:
- Abide by all school and district rules
- Follow established standards of conduct
- Meet academic and behavioral expectations
- Adhere to attendance policies, including timely arrival and pick-up from school and school-related activities
Automatic Withdrawal for Unexcused Absences: A student's enrollment will be automatically terminated after 10 consecutive unexcused absences in accordance with district and state attendance policies. Students will need to re-enroll and guardians will need to meet with administration.
Failure to provide accurate information on the open enrollment application or to follow the outlined expectations may result in the revocation of open enrollment status at any time, in accordance with Madison School District Policy JFB.
Drop-off (Arrival) and Pick-up (Dismissal) Procedures
To help ensure the safety of all students, staff, and community members, Madison Rose Lane has established the following arrival and dismissal procedures. We ask that all families follow these protocols consistently to support a safe and smooth experience for everyone.
Ongoing Communication
Due to ongoing construction and safety needs, arrival and dismissal procedures may change. Please check the Principal’s Bulletin, email, texts, and Parent Square regularly for updates. These platforms will provide updates as needed. Please stay informed to help maintain a safe and orderly campus.
Student Arrival (Drop-Off)
Drop-off is between 7:15 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. Students may not arrive before 7:15 a.m. due to lack of supervision. If students arrive unsupervised, administration will contact parents. Late arrivals after 7:45 a.m. will be marked tardy, even with breakfast.
- Bus Riders: Students are dropped off in the bus lane on the east side of campus along 12th Street.
- Daycare Vans: Students are dropped off at the front office gate.
- Madison Christian Children’s Center (MCCC): Staff from MCCC escort students across Rose Lane to the front gate.
Parent Drop-Off (by Car):
-
Parents are not allowed to stop or park on Rose Lane.
-
Use either the designated drop-off lane or park at Madison Christian Children’s Center and escort your child across the street using the crosswalk.
Traffic Flow
-
There is only one lane of traffic permitted in the morning.
-
Enter the drop-off loop by turning right from Rose Lane.
-
After drop-off, turn left to exit and assist with smooth traffic flow.
-
If you need to access 12th or 16th Street, use 11th Street to reach Maryland Avenue.
-
Student Exit Rules
-
Students must exit from the passenger side only (right side), directly onto the sidewalk.
-
Parents should adjust car seats if necessary to ensure children can exit on the right side safely.
No Exiting Mid-Line
-
Please do not unload students in the middle of the drop-off lane, as it is unsafe and causes delays; only 8 cars are permitted to unload at a time in the designated zone near the stop sign.
-
Wait at the stop sign until all 8 cars have unloaded and the stop sign is lowered by staff before proceeding.
Student Dismissal (Pick-Up)
Dismissal begins at 2:30 p.m. Students will be supervised by staff until picked up. Change in a student’s dismissal must be made prior to 1:40 and communicated to the class teacher AND front office.
- Bus Riders: Students board buses at the east side of campus (12th Street). Buses depart promptly.
- Parent Pick-Up:
- Drive-Through Lane: Parents may pick up their children in the same designated area as morning drop-off. To expedite pick up, please display the yellow dashboard sign with your student’s name.
- Park and Walk from MCCC: Parents parking at MCCC (Church across the street) must use the crosswalk to meet their child at the fire lane/cafeteria gate; children will not be released to cross the street alone.
- Daycare Vans and students in specialized classrooms: Students are picked up at the front office gate. No other vehicles are permitted to enter the front office parking lot during pick up and drop off times.
-
Madison Adventure Club (MAC): Students meet MAC leaders at their designated location. Parents can register their child for MAC at www.madisonaz.org under "Families > Community Education Parent Portal."
Campus Safety & Conduct Expectations with Pick Up and Drop Off:
Rose Lane staff are dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Staff on duty are responsible for supervising and directing both traffic and students during arrival and dismissal.
Parents and guardian expectations:
- School-aged students must use the front gate for drop-off and are not permitted to enter through the preschool gate.
- For safety and consistency, parents are not permitted to walk students to their classrooms. Upon arrival, students will be greeted by staff and escorted from the front gate to their designated playground or the cafeteria
- For everyone's safety, please follow all instructions from crosswalk guards and staff.
- Refrain from parking or stopping along Rose Lane or in the bus lane.
- Avoid phone use while in drop-off/pick-up areas.
- Avoid use of rideshare services (e.g., Uber/Lyft) as drivers are not familiar with our procedures.
- Refrain from congregating around the front gate after dropping off or picking up your child. This is a safety concern.
Inappropriate conduct—including yelling, intimidation, or verbal abuse toward staff—will not be tolerated.
Per A.R.S. § 15-507, knowingly abusing a teacher or school employee on school grounds is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
If unsafe or aggressive behavior is observed, law enforcement may be contacted and individuals may be trespassed from campus, including limited access to the drop-off and pick-up areas.
Bus Privileges
Bus transportation is a privilege for students within the Rose Lane attendance area. Families outside this area should contact the Madison District Transportation Department at 602-664-7701. After enrollment, the homeroom teacher will confirm dismissal details, which will serve as the official authorization for your child’s daily transportation plan. Only authorized parents or guardians may request transportation changes, which must be submitted by 1:40 PM via phone or email to the teacher and front office staff. For student safety, last-minute arrangements for students to go home with others will not be honored. For more information on transportation, including registering your student for transportation: visit: https://www.madisonaz.org
Identification Badges & The MyRide APP:
Ensuring our students are safe and get to where they are supposed to be is our top priority. We also want to be sure families have the ability to stay up-to-date with information about their child's bus route and any potential delays.
All students will receive a Madison ID badge. Students should scan their badge when boarding and exiting the bus. This helps our staff know who gets on and off the bus and where.
Families can download the MyRide K-12 app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get real-time information about where their child's bus is along the route and the anticipated drop-off time. They can also receive alerts if the bus will be delayed.
Bus Transportation Expectations
Utilizing school transportation is a privilege, not a right. Students are expected to follow all bus safety rules and demonstrate respectful behavior at all times. If a student exhibits repeated or serious behavioral issues while on the bus, transportation privileges may be revoked for a specified period of time. This ensures the safety and well-being of all students and staff on board.
Visitors & Volunteers on Campus
Volunteers
We’re glad to welcome volunteers who are scheduled with a teacher or administrator and registered through the district’s volunteer system. Please check in at the front office, wear a visitor badge, and follow school rules. For everyone’s safety, please use the main entrance—those entering through staff or MAC doors will receive two warnings before a meeting with administration is required. Continued violations may involve police support. Volunteers should stay in designated areas and avoid photographing or sharing images of students.
To chaperone a field trip, adults must be registered volunteers. Siblings are not permitted to accompany adults who are volunteering. Please visit our Volunteer page on the district website to register and connect with the student's teacher to find out more about volunteer opportunities.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome on campus for lunch and special school-hosted events. All visitors must be verified through the front office and receive a visitor badge. Visits during school hours must be scheduled in advance and approved by the principal. Adult visitors must use designated adult restrooms. Balloons and celebratory items are not allowed at school events.
Lunch Visits
Lunch visitors must be a legal guardian or have prior approval. If not a legal guardian, the visitor must be added to the student’s approved checkout list and the front office must be notified by the legal guardian in advance that they can attend. All visitors must check in at the front office with a valid government-issued ID for processing through the Raptor Visitor Management System. A temporary visitor badge will be issued and must be worn at all times on campus. Sign up Genius will be emailed out to parents to sign up quarterly.
Guidelines for lunch visits:
- Each child may have up to two visitors aged 18 years or older.
- Siblings are not allowed unless they are enrolled at Rose Lane, share the same lunch schedule, and are both signed up by a parent.
- Visitors and students must sit at designated visitor tables.
- Lunch visits only occur during the student's designated lunch time. Students will independently walk to their assigned recess location.
- Visitors are welcome to eat with their own child only; classmates, friends, or other children may not join.
- Visitors are not permitted to escort their children to recess or walk around campus.
- Photography and video recording of other students or school areas is strictly prohibited.
- Each student is allowed a maximum of two lunch visits per quarter.
The principal or designee may cancel lunch visits at their discretion if they believe it may affect the learning environment or student safety. Lunch visits are a privilege and may be limited based on behavior or attendance concerns
Field Trips & Assemblies
Students may participate in grade-level field trips and school-wide assemblies, which may include author visits, community expert presentations, and local artist performances. These events are funded by the School Activity Fee. For details, see the “School Activity Fee” section of the handbook. Scholarships are available through the front office.
Participation in field trips and assemblies is a privilege and may be impacted by behavior, attendance, and academic performance. Safety concerns may restrict participation, and parents will be notified if this happens.
Parents must complete the required annual paperwork within the first two weeks of school for students to be eligible to participate in field trips and assemblies.
Students must have written permission from a parent or guardian to attend any field trip. Activity Fees must be paid prior to participation.
Parents interested in volunteering for field trips must complete the online Volunteer Application available on the district website and notify their child’s teacher in advance. Please note that smoking/vaping is not permitted on campus or during any school-sponsored event, including field trips.
Nurse
Students with a temperature of 100°F or higher may not attend school. If a student is sent home due to fever, diarrhea, or vomiting, they must remain home for at least 24 hours after symptoms have resolved without the use of medication.
Please do not send your child to school if they:
- Complain of a severe headache
- Have had a fever, diarrhea, or vomiting in the past 24 hours
- Have yellow or green nasal discharge
- Have red, inflamed eyes or pink eye
- Have a skin rash that has not been diagnosed in writing as noninfectious by a physician
Chronic Health Conditions & Medications
Students with chronic health conditions—including severe allergies, asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy/seizures—must have a current action plan and updated medication consent forms on file in the health office each school year.
Medications must be dropped off in person by a parent or guardian. Medications may not be brought to school by students or transported in student backpacks or belongings.
- Prescription medications must be in the original pharmacy-labeled container.
- Over-the-counter medications must be in the original packaging with legible usage directions.
- All action plans and medication consent forms must be updated each school year, regardless of prior submissions.
- The health office cannot administer expired medications. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to monitor expiration dates and provide replacements as needed.
- All medications must be picked up by a parent/guardian by 2:45 PM on the last day of school. Any medications left behind will be disposed of.
Students 8 years and older may self-carry certain medications with a self-carry medication consent form on file. Please contact the health office for additional details.
Hearing and Vision Screenings
Hearing and vision screenings will occur within the first 90 days of school. Students who will be automatically screened include those in Kindergarten, 1st, and 3rd grade; students receiving special education services; those who failed a hearing or vision screening last year; students repeating a grade; and those referred by a parent, staff member, or healthcare provider.
Parents may opt out of hearing and vision screenings in writing. Written opt-out requests must be submitted by August 15, 2025.
*To participate in off-campus field trips and Field Day, students must have a completed Annual Student Health Update on file within the first two weeks of school. To update, please visit: https://www.madisonaz.org/families/family-resources/required-annual-student-check-in-update
Food & Nutrition Guidelines
Student Food Expectations
To support a healthy and focused learning environment, the following guidelines apply to all student snacks, lunches, and beverages:
- Students are encouraged to bring a nutritious snack that can be eaten during the designated snack/recess period.
- Candy, gum, soda/energy drinks, and full-sized bags of chips are not allowed. Continued violations may result in a meeting with administration.
- Students may not share food with peers due to allergy and health concerns.
Please contact the student’s teacher to find out how you can support the class and students by donating snacks to the classroom. Schoolwide snacks will also be greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the front office.
